First of all: I don't have a tablet PC, just a regular one, which will hamper my ability as a future artiste, I know, but i know lost of people who can draw well with a mouse like... well... actually I don't know anyone who draws with a mouse but I'd like to try!
Also, how much does flash cost, are there different versions, ect., anything that I would have to know to start flash well.
